ABOUT ME

I currently direct the Intensive English Program (IEP) at the American University in Cairo (AUC), where I also teach courses in the Departments of English Language Instruction, Applied Linguistics, and Rhetoric and Composition.

 

I obtained my MA in TESOL from the AUC in 2010, and my PhD in Composition and Applied Linguistics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2022, focusing on language teacher identity development in language teacher education.
